The level if interest, care and knowledge of my physiotherapist was excellent.
My physio was excellent. The exercises were double and I really felt the benefit. My physio was very friendly and I was understood fully what I was supposed to do.
The physiotherapist I saw couldn't have been better today. I'm very deaf and I was able to follow what I should be doing to imp;rove my knee problems. I hope I'll be able to see the physio I had at some stage again. Thank you.
Very informative relating to back problems.
Excellent care. Patients and caring physio.
The care was very personal and helpful and all my questions were answered without rushing the answers. Also a good location for attending, access and parking.
Explanation of injury. Exercises an dhow to keep supple.
I thought Lee Nicholls at Banstead Horseshoe Clinic was excellent.
he spotted the letter detailing the results of my MRI were incorrect re: diagnosis of MCL sprain/issue.
His pointing this out was valuable, as I was able to go back to my original expert physiotherapist at Leatherhead Hospital and ask her to get the MRI folk at The Clockhouse to revisit and explain.
He is incredibly helpful and knowledgable and has an excellent manner with patients.
Debbie was amazing. Recognised where the problem was in my back and treated it until the condition improved. Receptionist and clinic very friendly and efficient. Thank you.
Good about the care:
Attention to detail was fantastic.Worked on areas of my leg, knee/ankle with care. Support was given for exercises, along with demonstrations. I got reminders of appointment through text messages which was great.
What could be improved:
Home visits :-). (So I didn't have to travel).
